Please type or print all information. Make checks payable to GFWC WV
Convention. Those registering after the deadline date of March 1, 2009 or onsite shall pay $25. The registration
fee shall be used in financing the convention. Please complete a separate form
for each delegate, club member, or guest. Clubs may send all registrations together
in one envelope.
When arriving at The Greenbrier, please go directly to the Convention Registration Table in the Lower Lobby to receive
your convention materials. If you are a voting delegate, you must present your
credentials card at that time. Credential cards will be mailed to the Club Presidents
with the Official Call to Convention in February 2009.
